Our main goal within our apprenticeship scheme is to provide a lasting career. One our core beliefs, is to provide the opportunity for continual advancement and progression and we are proud to say that a substantial proportion of our Managers and Supervisors undertook an apprenticeship within the company.

Every year we offer fully accredited, 4-year apprenticeships with full training in-house to help apprentices develop an understanding of manufacturing processes and build on a range of technical skills.

Apprentices have the chance to work with highly skilled Toolmakers and Maintenance Engineers in a modern working environment. They will receive expert training and guidance with the opportunity for continual advancement and progression within the company.

With a starting rate of £8.35/hour and the potential to earn up to £40,000 per year when fully skilled, our apprenticeship scheme is very popular, if you would like more information please contact us.
